Then we will move into a Reiki Healing and the use of Crystals intuitively placed on your body while you also receive InfraRed Heat. This is a 1:1 personal service for anyone looking to learn more and truly dive into the lessons and purposes on the chakras. You are sure to have an experience to rejuvenate. Rest on the Jade and Tourmaline Mat as the Far Infrared Heat warms you and eases your aches and pains away with negative ion technology in a cozy room with an eyebag, diffused essential oil, and a pre-recorded guided relaxation or soothing music (your choice!). ~Far InfraRed benefits include: easing of joint pain and muscle stiffness, reduction in stress and fatigue, reduction in back pain (clients say it's great for Fibromyalgia), helping with chronic fatigue, improving circulation, skin health and an overall feeling of wellbeing.
