Embarking on a Spiritual Growth Journey is an incredibly rewarding experience. However, it requires vulnerability as you dive in deep with a willingness to assess all aspects of life. You must break it down into the triad: Mind, Body and Spirit. Allow me to be a compass along the path as we illuminate the areas of growth to get you to reach your highest potential. Some questions you may want to ask: 1. Are you searching for greater meaning? 2. Have you been feeling disconnected, struggling with so much noise in the world? 3. Are you craving more self care and a deeper sense of peace and contentment? 4. Are you looking for more balance in what you give in life and what you receive? If you answered YES to any of the above....This may be the appointment JUST FOR YOU! I know personally how ALL of the above can feel and am ready to help you create an action plan towards change. What is a session include? We will begin with an intake form with prompting questions. You will then be guided on a centering meditation to connect into the present moment. I will assess your energy with intuitive reading and from there we develop goals in three categories of the Mind, Body, and Spirit. This is a 1 hour appointment. This may also be a great appointment if you need to connect to learn more about holistic career type goals. This may be offered in-person or ZOOM Virtual Coaching Session!!! Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please notify us 24 hours in advance so that we can fill your appointment time. No refunds on deposit if cancelled or rescheduled within the 24 hour time frame. Blessings!
