Service Description

This is a week by week healing chakra workshop that will take you from grounding into the 1st Chakra, the Root Chakra, to the connection with the divine into the 7th Chakra, the Crown Chakra. This includes a guided soul cleansing meditation, distance reiki each week to your specific chakra, chakra coaching and connecting with others to enhance your growth journey. It was designed in person as a 7 week series and now I am ready to expand to offer this as an ONLINE course so that you can be in the comfort of your own space and develop a consistent meditative practice that will offer healing along the way. Includes: ASSESSMENT of your Chakra health EDUCATION each week based on the chakra and your mental/physical health concerns EMPOWERMENT to take control of your health SUPPORT from a professional Registered Nurse Intuitive Energy Healer who values healing holistically GUIDANCE towards recommendations for healing with referrals from professionals in our community RESPECT that each individual journey is not always linear HEALING includes Distance Reiki each week and 1 virtual Intuitive one on one healing coaching session (preferred to be completed prior to starting) Recorded Sessions that you can practice throughout the week You can awaken and align through this series even if you have NEVER meditated before ❤️ 7 Sessions.
